On-Boarding

Before you jump in on a membership, your training with us will begin with an "On-Boarding" session. This is 1-on-1 time with a Coach to learn about your body and your goals. This is also our chance to help you plan your first month of training with us. This session is highly individualized, so depending on your experience and your goals, this may be a very active session or may be more focused on discussing/planning the most effective way to reach your goals. Regardless, you will leave the session knowing which membership is the most appropriate for you and with a game-plan for your first month.

Foundations Package

For anyone who is new to Kettlebell training, this is where we recommend you begin. This membership gives you unlimited access to the Kinstretch classes (to jump-start your mobility) and 8 one-on-one Foundation Privates, which will be focused on developing and solidifying safe and efficient Kettlebell technique. You'll have a coach to help you further nail down your technique or course-correct your training as needed for your goals. As the name suggests, you can efficiently build a solid foundation for your future training/goal crushing through this curriculum. The intention of this package is to work towards mastering the basics and excelling as you jump into the Group Training. When you have learned enough, a coach will suggest that you try a Group session.

GROUP TRAINING

  • Unlimited access to all group training, led by expert coaches

PRIVATE TRAINING

  • Individualized programming for your specific goals

DROP-IN TRAINING

  • In order to maintain the quality and safety of our training, we typically do not allow Drop-Ins to our Strength or Strong Endurance classes until the student has been On-Boarded or is completing the Foundations Training.

  • Mobility classes have no pre-requisites
